Training & Onboarding Coordinator

Overview

The Onboarding Coordinator and Trainer will provide internal support to the training manager and onboarding department. Assist with the onboarding of new clients by preparing and coordinating training agendas and conducting training sessions. Delivering a seamless onboarding training experience for our clients. This role will ensure that clients are trained smoothly and efficiently, in turn creating advocates of MRI residential products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts all admin and sales onboarding training in conjunction with the client
• External consultant booking when required
• Adhere to the administrative process to ensure the scheduling, allocation, and sequence of training sessions are captured and committed to in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining training records.
• Ensure a high level of commitment to service all clients.
