Training Officer

Job Description

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify organizational training needs and skill gaps.

Trains all Cashiers or Sales Associates on the POS system and all cashiering-related processes within area of assignment.

Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to ensure effective learning experiences.

Assists in the implementation of cashiering-related projects in the business unit.

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.

Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design.

Has worked in a retail industry is preferred but not required.
