Industrial engineer or Administration.
Main functions
User training, teaching and following up on training: Security, defensive, managment, delivery app and TMS.
Plan, organize and deliver learning programs in a timely manner.
Support and experience for the design and development of new and existing programs when necessary.
Ensure that all training is evaluated effectively and efficiently using the appropriate documentation/systems.
Creation of sites, forms, videos and infographics for internal content.
Monitoring and design of training campaigns.
Document progress, training results and identify areas of opportunity.
Preparation and exhibition of presentations.
Provide continuous improvement of the current service.
Knowledge in
Experience in training of 3 years as minimum.
Knowledge and management of TMS.
Advanced English.
