Industrial engineer or Administration.
Main functions- User training, teaching and following up on training: Security, defensive, managment, delivery app and TMS.
- Plan, organize and deliver learning programs in a timely manner.
- Support and experience for the design and development of new and existing programs when necessary.
- Ensure that all training is evaluated effectively and efficiently using the appropriate documentation/systems.
- Creation of sites, forms, videos and infographics for internal content.
- Monitoring and design of training campaigns.
- Document progress, training results and identify areas of opportunity.
- Preparation and exhibition of presentations.
- Provide continuous improvement of the current service.
- Experience in training of 3 years as minimum.
- Knowledge and management of TMS.
- Advanced English.
