Position Purpose

The Training Manager will plan, develop, and manage activities associated with the training and development of Consultants, Trainers, and management within a specified site. The incumbent will maintain a climate of customer‑oriented service excellence by motivating and empowering team members and excelling in customer relationships.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver product training curricula (instructor‑led, virtual, and online formats).
• Create training materials such as documentation, simulations, role plays, and multimedia content.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and target audiences.
• Facilitate workshops and product knowledge sessions for employees, sales teams, and customers.
