The Training & Curriculum Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Core Skills programmes, trainers, and curriculum quality to ensure excellent learner outcomes, operational excellence, and compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements. The role drives trainer capability development, curriculum governance, programme quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement while supporting business growth and innovation in emerging workforce skills.
Key Responsibilities 1. Trainer Management & Capability Development (30%)- Recruit, onboard, and manage Associate Trainers and Subject Matter Experts.
- Conduct trainer screening, shortlisting, interviews, and assessments.
- Monitor trainer performance, learner feedback, and classroom effectiveness.
