To lead and develop a team of Training Support Specialists to ensure excellence in the area of technical skill development for Jabil South Manufacturing and Leadership Development Specialists for developing and delivering content related to enhancing the effectiveness of leadership within our campus.
Leadership and People Management Responsibilities Recruitment and Retention- Recruit, interview and hire employees for the Human Resources Development Team.
