Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs within the organisation
- Design and develop training and development programs that meet the business and individual employees needs
- Ensure that all training programs are within budget and in line with company objectives
- Tackle specific training programs with the support of line managers
- Conduct evaluation of all training and development programs
Qualifications
- Substantial years of training management experience
- Background knowledge and experience within the luxury retail industry
- Excellent knowledge of learning and evaluation theories, techniques and design solutions
