Brightwater is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for staff development to join our new Clinical Excellence team as a Training Lead.This is a permanent full-time position based in our head office in Inglewood.
Reporting to the General Manager Education and Clinical Speciality, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing embedding of a comprehensive organisational wide training matrix that ensures all clinical training is delivered in line with regulatory, legislative, and professional standards.
You will oversee the timely, consistent, and targeted delivery of training and development activities, monitoring and evaluation.
