As the training lead, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees and ensuring their ongoing development in various customer-related skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Create onboarding and ongoing training materials
• Manage new hire training and nesting periods
• Deliver continuous skill enhancement training
• Assist with Tier 2 and 3 case handling
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• College diploma in a related area
• At least 5 years of experience in call centers
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus
