In BYD we are looking your talent as /Training Instructor Specialist/ is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance aftersales service performance across the dealer network.
The role requires teaching expertise and a solid understanding of aftersales KPIs, profitability, and service management processes.IMPORTANT: This is not a role related with manufacture or design in the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver aftersales training courses for service managers and dealership staff.
