Training & Development Specialist
The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for the research, proposal, design, implementation and conducting of any respective training and development program. They should attend any necessary training on hosting the programs, as well as collaborate with any necessary internal or external personnel.
Responsibilities- Participate in conducting training sessions
- Participate in the testing of trainees to evaluate and measure their learning process
- Coordinate the design and development of training and educational programs
- A university degree required (e.g. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
