Overview
The Global Training Director will define and lead the global Learning & Development (L&D) strategy for BFSI processes across multiple geographies and delivery centers. This role ensures standardization, scalability, and innovation in training design, delivery, and governance. The position requires strongexpertisein BFSI domain processes, leadership development, and digital learning technologies to enable operational excellence and clientsatisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, Education, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
- Proven experience in BFSI processes within a BPO environment.
- Strong background in curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and digital learning technologies.
- Experience managing large-scale training programs and global teams.
