Job Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and methods of instruction.
- Design learner-centric training content for classroom, online, and LMS delivery.
- Create assessment questions, scenarios, and rubrics.
- Support storyboarding, interactive learning content, and training product development.
- Use Generative AI tools where suitable to support content development and learning design.
- Coordinate training development projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training content meets operational needs.
- DACE, DDDLP, ACTA, ACLP, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning development.
- Experience in lesson planning, e-learning content creation, and assessment design.
