Samara Living i_s a factory that manufactures and assembles modular homes with prefabricated materials in Mexicali. Once assembled, these houses are put on platform vehicles and exported to our clients in California.

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leader to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for

• Developing and executing programs focused on Production, towards onboarding, training, and productivity. Design and Deliver Training Programs :
• Lead by Example and be a champion, driving the culture of accountability.
