Our Training Developing Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality e-learning content and generating ideas for improving educational materials, primarily focused on departmental processes. This role will focus on extracting core information from department SOPs to develop into e-learning materials suitable for specific and scalable learning. Create and deliver educational material that makes complex processes simple and for this attention to details is a must.
