Role Summary

Training Delivery Instructor – Mechanical Engineering. Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week on a term‑time basis, located at HMS Sultan, Portsmouth. Eligible for UK SC level security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Marine Engineering training on ship auxiliary systems in line with the Sultan Training Plan.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues in the Marine Engineering Electrical training area.
• Maintain and update training materials, assess coursework, and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Apply best practice to drive quality improvements across Royal Navy training programmes.
• Ensure learner safety, progression, and achievement of KPIs and SLAs during all training phases, including simulated environments.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to personalise learning journeys and maintain your CPD portfolio.
