+ Identify learning needs and performance gaps through stakeholder discussions and review of performance data
+ Define clear learning objectives aligned to business and revenue goals
+ Design and deliver:
+ New hire onboarding programs
+ Refresher and rehash training sessions
+ Role‑specific and advanced upskill initiatives
+ Develop and maintain training materials, including:
+ Slide decks
+ Facilitator guides
+ Job aids and quick reference tools
+ Quizzes and learning activities
+ Deliver engaging, practical training sessions that connect directly to day‑to‑day work
+ Reinforce learning through follow‑ups, resources, and ongoing touchpoints
