Training Center Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Training Center Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and occupancy of the City Garden Suites Training Center. This includes selling training and event facilities, building partnerships with schools and manning agencies for OJT placements, and ensuring excellent client service. The role blends sales, client management, and strategic marketing, with a strong focus on building institutional partnerships and growing the training centre’s market reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate clients, government agencies, NGOs, and training providers; actively promote training rooms, seminar packages, and corporate services; identify and approach new market segments, including educational institutions and professional training organizations; meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
