The Training & Capacity Building Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce and stakeholders. This role involves conducting training needs analyses, designing and delivering effective training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic training plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
- Design and implement a robust Train-the-Trainer (ToT) program to build internal training capacity.
- Develop and deliver orientation programs for suppliers and external partners.
