- Confident and comfortable working with IT systems; emails, training management system, and customer relation system.
- Competent in using MS Words and Excel for reports generation.
- Requires logical and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills.
- Open to working shifts. (Mondays – Fridays, 8am - 5pm or 12pm – 8:30pm and Saturdays, 8:30am -12:30pm or 8:30am – 1:30pm)
- At least Diploma in any discipline or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

- Ability to deal with customers effectively, in a friendly and professional manner, and has good stress tolerance.
