Job Title: Training Assistant Manager

Salary: 45,000 max offer, but willing to extend until 70,000 based on qualifications

Shift Schedule: GY

Description: The Training Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and managing technical training programs for the Microsoft account within a BPO environment. Oversees hardware and software troubleshooting training, develops skill‑based curricula, manages trainers, conducts TNA/TNI, and ensures training quality and readiness. Partners with operations and quality teams to drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with Microsoft standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a Helpdesk‑type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
• Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
• Microsoft product knowledge is required.
