Job Description
The Training Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and evaluation of both technical and non-technical training programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training by developing curriculum and materials, selecting delivery methods, and monitoring effectiveness.
- Leading discipline-specific training , such as professional/technical knowledge and competency development (e.g., Finance standards, Sales negotiation skills).
- Conducting general workplace and skills training , including communication, time management, leadership, and common business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email systems).
