Training and Quality Associate (Freight Data Validation)

Who we need

We are looking to transition one of our Dockers to take on the Training and Quality Specialist Role to support our current training, quality and new hire onboarding processes.

In this role, you will be able to work directly with our Training and Quality Manager including other department leads to ensure that our teams deliver exceptional service and adhere to quality standards. You will be responsible for creating, designing, and delivering employee training plans for our team.
