About the Role:
The Training & Development Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and training content. This role focuses on executing updates, managing training records, and ensuring all learning materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with current processes.
The position serves as a direct support function to the Training & Development Manager and plays a key role in maintaining the effectiveness and scalability of employee training programs.
