Training and Development Officer

AtMidCoast Council, we’re all about supporting our people so they can do their best work for the community. We’re looking for a motivated Training and Development Officer to join our Organisational Strategy and People team and help deliver practical and engaging training and development programs across Council.

The role

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, supporting a wide range of training and development activities. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Council, as well as external partners, to make sure our training programs run smoothly and add real value. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration and wants to make a genuine difference to workforce capability and development.
