Job Description:

An opportunity for Training Aids Support Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities

• Acquire a good level of expertise in the training and simulation domain, in a highly technological and constantly evolving environment.
• Learn and understand the operation of ADS platforms systems like A400M, C295, CN235, MRTT and Eurofighter.
• Develop a customer‑oriented mindset and understand the training needs of pilots, maintenance, cabin crew and other training devices support personnel.
• Develop teamwork capabilities in a highly matrix‑oriented organization with multiple lines of reporting and substantial need for business agility.
• Ensure interface with a substantial number of players and customers and manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work under pressure in a multi‑cultural environment.
• Have availability to travel abroad.
