THE ROLE
Join our learning and development training team to assist with administration duties. Working alongside the L&D Coordinator and advisors, your duties will include the following:
- Update training database with current certificates, internal and external training and licenses
- Manage training and competency records of all personnel and ensure legislative and HSECQ requirements are met
- Maintain LMS system with enrolments for new employees and removal of employees.
- Data management and certificate audits
- Document control maintenance
- Assist L&D Coordinator with management and follow up of bookings and supplier list
