**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Trainer employees to both internal and client standards and performance objectives
- Confer with management and employees to gain knowledge of work situations which require training
- complete routine reports and correspondence

**Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.
**
**Qualifications**
- At least 6 months of related call center experience and/or training
- No disciplinary action above a Verbal
- Ability to read/interpret documents in English, procedure manuals and correspondence.
- Open availability; ability to work evenings and weekends
- Met or Exceeded KPIs for the past 3 months
- Use of Zoom and/or Teams is preferred; but not required.
