The Trainer is responsible for delivering and continuously improving Health & Safety training programs to ensure workforce awareness, regulatory compliance, and effective risk control across operations.
This role supports the implementation of corporate training standards by ensuring that all employees are adequately trained, assessed, and aware of operational risks, critical controls, and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination of Corporate Health and Safety programs field implementation.
- Prepare in-house training packages to raise Health & Safety Awareness within the EMSTEEL units.
- Provide advice and coaching for high-risk activities including but not limited to Permit to Work, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Working on Live Equipment, Hot Work, and Lifting Operations
