The training courses are tailored to the employee's career: after a training for starters, everybody receives a training programme, set up per function.Your RoleAs a Trainer Technical Department, you will be responsible for developing and teaching internal technical training courses from the Technical Department Dredging and Offshore, for both staff and crew. Together with your team, you will try to boost the product knowledge and the technology knowledge of the internal employees.
