Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate training of product information, policies, processes, systems, soft skills, and technical AutoCAD workflows as required to achieve Operations objectives
- Coordinate with Operations and other support departments to facilitate the creation of systems credentials, timekeeping, new hire orientation presentations, and the successful hand-off of trainees to production
- Administer assessments and technical design reviews to confirm understanding of training material and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Regularly participate in production activities—including active solar design and drafting—to maintain expertise on each line of business (LOB) being trained
- Complete necessary training, nesting, and CAD certification prior to running a class
- Check in to Teams Shift Log in Channel and send Attendance updates in the Class Attendance Channel daily
