Are you a people-person with a passion for training and food service? We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Trainer to lead and level up staff performance across our growing branches of Kim’s Ramyun.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and lead engaging training programs based on our operational manual for new and current store staff
- Conduct on-site coaching in areas like food prep, customer service, and store operations
- Monitor progress and provide real-time feedback to improve skills
- Collaborate with branch leaders to identify staff training needs
