JOB SUMMARY
The Trainer will be required to work on-site in Barranquilla.
We are looking for a Trainer to join our team and play a key role in developing employee knowledge, skills, and performance. This position is responsible for facilitating training programs, supporting new hires during onboarding, monitoring learning progress, and ensuring employees are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver and facilitate training, retraining, and coaching sessions.
- Support employees throughout the learning and onboarding process.
- Monitor trainee progress and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and performance checkpoints.
- Track training metrics and prepare reports.
