Overview
As a member of the Learning and Development team, the Operations Trainer is responsible for ensuring that new and existing employees are trained and compliant with regulatory, safety, and health and safety training requirements at Purolator facilities. The incumbent will work closely with the Learning and Development, Operations, and Human Resources teams to identify and deliver new training programs and refresher training through communications and Learning Management System (LMS) reporting.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and evaluate employees on proper procedures and performance standards, including hands‑on demonstrations, ride‑alongs, and competency‑based assessments (across all Operations groups).
- Train facilitators; coach and mentor facilitators; and maintain a facilitator network.
