Trainer L (Primer Turno) (Ciudad Juárez)

The Trainer trains and qualifies direct manufacturing personnel according to the corresponding procedures and using documents, materials, and tools relevant to the operations they support. The Trainer manages Learning Management System (LMS) data related to the certification process supported by the company. Partners with management to evaluate the effectiveness of current training practices and helps identify skills that should be focused on to improve site training efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure all manufacturing personnel are trained and qualified to the corresponding specifications/procedures using documents, materials, and tools as provided in the applicable training curriculum(s).
• Execute and/or coordinate training plans for assigned production areas aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Partner with people leaders and management to evaluate the effectiveness of current training practices.
