The Trainers will be essential in ensuring the successful adoption and proficient use of the new Enterprise Transformation Prohect by the Client's personnel. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of comprehensive, role-based training programs, designed to empower users and maximize the operational benefits of the COTS platform. The Trainers will play a key role in facilitating the cultural and operational shift associated with this digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continuously update comprehensive, role-based training curricula and materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, job aids, e-learning modules, and presentations. Content must be tailored to various user personas within the public sector entity (e.g., frontline officers, investigators, analysts, administrators).
