Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with leaders to identify skill gaps, training needs, and performance improvement areas.
- Create and update training materials using varied instructional formats.
- Support trainees during transition from training to live operations.
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding and employee development programs, skillset and proficiency.
- Stay updated on new or amended corporate training procedures.
- Ensure training materials align with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
