- At least 1 year Experience as a Trainer in BPO industry
- Experience in doing product specific training and/or upskilling
- Experience doing Training Needs Analysis is a plus
- Experience handling blended accounts
Core Duties
- Conduct new hire training for customer service, sales, or support representatives
- Deliver process and product training based on client requirements
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions
- Assess trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and evaluations
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees and endorsed employees

- Work with Operations and QA teams to align training with KPIs
