Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.
- Conducts any necessary “train-the-trainer” sessions for curriculum they have developed to other trainers.
- Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
- Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.
- Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready
- Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
