What will you do in this role?
- Verify if the requests clients send have all the necessary information such as: destination, travel dates, number of travelers, type of service, etc.
- Contact the potential traveller for more information about their requested trip.
- Process the information received from the potential traveler in the company system.
- Call providers to ask for availability or special quotes.
- Answer incoming calls
- Be on call to help your clients in case of an emergency.
