The Content Management Trainee (CMT) reports to the Content Management Specialist (CMS). The CMT is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of content lifecycle management tasks.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assists in the tasks required to collect, collate, order, revise, index, sunset, audit, secure, etc. of content developed by the company
- Assures the uniqueness and coherence of content
- Ensures appropriate levels of security and confidentiality are applied to content
- Assists the CMS in creating and building interfaces that facilitate access to content according to role, use case, and other categories necessary to facilitate and promote their usage
- Helps promote a single-source-of-truth approach to the maintenance of content
- Assists the CMS in configuring and using content management tools to help inventory, reference, measure and monitor
