Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. Conduct property tours for potential residents. Assist residents with their queries and day-to-day requirements. Support move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth experience. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams. Monitor property standards and report any issues.
