Overall purpose of the job:

  • Working as part of the Operations Management team, you will manage programmes across multiple teams within a designated geographical area to ensure resources are fully engaged and operating efficiently.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Management team to ensure projects are allocated to appropriately skilled teams and programmed within the correct timescales.

  • Work closely with the Client's Programme and Scheduling Team to ensure all required permits are in place, maximising productivity and minimising the risk of Section 74 penalties and programme overruns.

  • Capture and report weekly delivery statistics, including completed works and future forecasts.

  • In conjunction with the Operations Management Team, identify any changes to the tendered design and gather supporting evidence for compensation events.
