We are currently recruiting a talented Trainee Lawyer or an experienced Lawyer to join our Litigation team in Milan.
You will be supporting senior lawyers and partners who are focused on commercial litigation and act in disputes encompassing a wide range of areas and several industries. The team mainly provides assistance in advising multinational clients and litigating commercial disputes in both court and arbitral proceedings.
## Main duties and responsibilities
* Legal research and due diligence
* Assistance in drafting legal opinions
* Assistance in contract drafting
* Analysis of contractual agreements and other legal documents
* Full engagement and involvement in client matters
