Traffic Supervisor I (Guadalajara)

Job Summary

Responsible for the sub‑process of the materials logistics, supervising all Import/Export operations as well as vendor payments, ensuring timely completion, approving deviations from Traffic procedures, and authorizing freight bills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Validate that information loaded into the maquila software and databases matches the Import/Export file documents and produce incidental reports.
• Ensure export downloads are completed on time.
• Confirm all Import/Export operations are uploaded to the maquila software and the traffic database at 100% accuracy and produce incidentals reports.
• Develop action plans with corrective actions (who, what, when) for issues outside parameters.
• Report any anomalies in the maquila software to the NAFTA Legal Customs Supervisor.
• Document changes made to the maquila program related to Import/Export and payment modules.
