Redstone Commodity Search is working with a leading commodity trading house looking to hire a Traffic Officer to join the commercial team in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Coordinate with forwarders and shipping agents for freight/chartering of vessels, barges, trucks, and railcars.
- Manage full contract administration, ensuring timely delivery, issuing invoices, payment orders, and preparing B/L instructions.
- Instruct surveyors for materials’ inspection, survey, and tallying.
- Handle commercial claims with responsible traders.
- Declare stocks under insurance policies and for banking purposes.
