Job Description
As a Traffic employee, you are responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of transport-related processes. You maintain oversight of daily goods flows and support the coordination of inbound and outbound transportation activities.
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound transport movements;
- Maintain contact with carriers, drivers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status;
- Welcome and assist drivers upon arrival and departure;
- Assign the correct dock or gate position to incoming trucks;
- Check and process transport documentation;
- Identify and follow up on deviations within transport and logistics processes;
- Prepare reports and process operational data in systems and Excel;
- Ensure accurate administrative processing of transport flows.
