About the role

The Traffic Coordinator role reports into the Traffic Manager. You will work directly with Sales and clients to determine commercial creative to air during purchased timeslots. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and editing daily commercial logs, while maintaining proper break management and adhering to advertiser and station requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit daily commercial logs, while maintaining proper break management and adhering to advertiser and station requirements.
• Log moves to ensure both good customer service and a good viewer experience.
• Log formats and daily log assembly.
• Entry of Sales bookings and billings into the Traffic system.
• Inventory Management.
• Infomercial episodic Scheduling.
