Your Role and Responsibilities
Oversee daily transport operations, manage exceptions, and drive compliance with a focus on Free Zone Customs & Compliance, Regional Export Coordination, Shipment & Document Management, Cost Control & Claims, Carrier Management & KPIs, Continuous Improvement, and Team Leadership.
Free Zone Customs & Compliance: Take ownership of Gate-In / Gate-Out customs management ensuring compliance, maintaining daily contact with customs brokers.
Regional Export Coordination: Oversee and optimize export processes to GCC countries ensuring documentation and compliance standards.
Shipment & Document Management: Ensure shipments are dispatched with correct carriers, outbound data, documentation, and label generation via carrier software.
Cost Control & Claims: Request spot quotes, track landed costs, register inbound shipments, manage invoicing and recover costs for damaged/d...
